What counts as a seat
Every active account is one billable seat: super admin, manager, supervisor, HR administrator, finance, employee, or contractor. The person who creates the company is billed like everyone else, starting from seat one. Inviting someone doesn't start billing for them; a seat is billable only once that person activates their account.

No role-based pricing
A super admin costs the same as an employee. The bill scales with headcount, not with who has more permissions.
90-day trial
Once Shiftly leaves evaluation, new companies get 90 days before the first charge.
Deactivated seats are free
Suspending or deactivating someone removes their seat from the bill immediately. Historical records stay intact.
Full transparency
The dashboard always shows the current active user count and the resulting estimated bill, so adding people never comes as a billing surprise.
